An online meeting was held between the Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States
On April 6, 2023, a meeting was held via videoconference between the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of deepening cooperation in various fields between Turkmenistan and the Organization of Turkic States.
It was emphasized that Turkmenistan is interested in its partnership with a number of international structures affiliated with this Organization, in particular with the Council of Elders of the Organization, TURKPA, the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation.
