EMU and Foundations Victorious in Osman Çetintaş Seniors League Finals
The Osman Çetintaş Seniors League held its first match of the final series, with Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) and Foundations coming out victorious with scores of 3-2 in the women’s and men’s categories, respectively.
The women’s match was held at the EMU Famagusta Lala Mustafa Pasha Sports Palace, where EMU faced off against Vakıflar. The match was closely contested, with EMU eventually defeating Vakıflar 3-2. With this win, EMU took a 2-0 lead in the series.
Meanwhile, in the men’s match, Vakıflar won 3-2 on the road against EMU, leveling the series at 1-1.
The second matches of the Final Series will be held on Thursday, April 20, at the Nicosia Atatürk Sports Hall.
