Zerrin Üstünel visits Pediatric Cancer Center during Cancer Week
UBP Women’s Branches Visit Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Center
The wife of Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, Zerrin Üstel, accompanied the UBP district women’s branches and Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu to visit the State Hospital Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Center. Also present were Minister of Health, Follow-up Gürçağ Altuğra, and Chief Physician Adil Özyılkan.
During their visit, Minister Altuğra emphasized that they had organized it to raise awareness for cancer in light of cancer week. He further explained that the visit aimed at boosting the morale of the children and showing support for healthcare professionals.
Zerrin Üstel echoed Minister Altuğra’s sentiments, emphasizing the importance of children and the need to support them during tough times. She thanked the doctors and families for their support and love and distributed gifts to the children.
