Mountaineering Sports Association Marches For «Champion Angels» In Charity Event
Mountaineering Sports Association Organizes Cultural Path and Nature Walk in Memory of Champion Angels
The Mountaineering Sports Association recently organized a cultural path and nature walk in Salamis Ruins to commemorate the Champion Angels. The event was attended by about 50 people.
Under the guidance of Mustafa Kendir, a member of the association’s board of directors, the group walked a distance of 8 kilometers. Professional tourist guide Serap Kanay accompanied the participants, providing them with information about the ruins.
After the walk, the group visited the Famagusta Cemetery and honored the Champion Angels by placing flowers on their graves and offering prayers. In a statement by the association, they expressed full support for the legal process being carried out on behalf of the Champion Angels. The organization also pledged financial support to the Champion Angels Survival Association, which aims to keep the memory of the angels alive.
The event was well-received by those who attended, and it served as a meaningful way to honor the memory of the Champion Angels. In addition, it underscored the importance of preserving cultural heritage and supporting efforts to protect our natural environment.
